Frequently asked questions
How does the 90-day trial work?
Every new subscription includes a full 90-day trial period. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before that and you won't pay a cent.
What is the 'public designer portal'?
You get a shareable link to send to your customers. They open it in any browser and use it to design flashings, see live pricing, and submit orders directly to your dashboard — no account needed on their end.
What materials can customers order?
You configure this in your settings. Common options include Colorbond® (0.55BMT), zinc (0.55mm–3mm), and custom profiles. You control exactly what's available in your portal.
Can I add more seats to the Starter plan?
Starter is a single-user plan. If you need multiple staff to access the dashboard, upgrade to Standard which supports up to 4 seats. Contact us if you need a custom plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime during or after the trial from your account settings. If you cancel during the 90-day trial, you won't be charged at all.
What manufacturing documents are included on Standard?
Standard plan includes manufacturing lists, master packing lists, material cut lists, and individual flashing labels (150×100mm and smaller). Machine code export is coming soon.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly. You're billed once per year and the price difference is locked in for the life of your subscription.
